COVID-19 Booster Shot Clinic – Community Center 9/29/2210 AM - 1 PM
September 29, 2022Positive Health Services will provide Moderna (ages 18 & up) and Pfizer (ages 12 & up) bivalent booster shots. The clinic will be held at the Community Center from 10 AM to 1 PM on Thursday, September 29. Appointments are required. You must have your insurance card with you, and you must select which booster you want in the comment section of the link.
