Explore More Illinois is a free service provided by your library that provides instant online access to free and discounted tickets to museums, science centers, sporting events, zoos, park districts, theatres, and other fun and local cultural venues.

Museum Adventure Pass

The Museum Adventure Pass program is limited to Schiller Park Public Library Card Holders and offers discounts or free admission to a variety of participating organizations.

Request a museum pass from your computer! See available passes.

How it works virtually: Get a pass emailed to you

1. Request online anytime; approved passes are emailed during library open hours.
2. Click on “ONLINE Pass Request” next to the museum you would like to visit.
3. Enter your first name, last name, library card number, and email address and press submit.
4. Once your request has been reviewed by a library staff member, you will receive an email. (Please note: There is sometimes a short delay in the request being received and the pass being reviewed by library staff. We appreciate your patience!) If your request has been approved,* the email will include an electronic version of your pass.
5. Download the pass to your device to use electronically or print the pass at home to take with you on your visit.

*Reasons online passes may not be approved: no passes available on the day requested, the requester may already have an active pass for the same museum/organization when the request is made, and/or the requester is not a Schiller Park cardholder.

How it works in person: Ask what’s available & pick up at the library

• Bring your Schiller Park library card to the front circulation service desk to request a pass.
• Use within seven days of receiving your pass.
• Take the pass, your library card, and photo ID with you on your visit.

Libraries have a limited number of passes for each participating museum and are available on a first-come, first-served basis whether requested in person or online. One Museum Adventure Pass may be checked out per family, per loan period. The loan period is SEVEN DAYS and will expire after the date printed on the pass.
