Safety Guidelines
Beginning, February 28, masks recommended but not required. Disposable masks are available upon request. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the library. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

How It Works
Request Materials
Place holds via the SWAN Online Catalog or through the Swan Libraries App
Call the Circulation Desk at: (847) 678-0433
Material requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow staff time to prepare items for pickup.
Wait for A Notification
Once the items are ready for pickup you will recieve an email or call stating your materials are ready.
Please do not arrive at the library until you recieve notice.
Pick Up Materials
Notify staff you have arrived by phone at 847-678-0433.
If by car: Pull into the desginated curbside pickup parking spot. Call to tell staff your name.
